PlumbingMaster Pro (“PMP”, “us”, “we”) is the operator of (https://plumbingmasterpro.myshopify.com). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

We understand that getting your items in a timely manner is important to you, so we process your order swiftly. Please note that because we make every effort to ship your product as quickly as possible, once the shipping process begins we are unable to make any changes to your order.

 

1. General

We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to wait restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

 

2.Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

3.Delivery Terms

3.1 Transit Time Domestically

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2-5 working days. 

3.2 Transit Time Internationally

We use Courier / Standard Airmail Service for international orders.

Most orders ship via FedEx, UPS, Hong Kong Post, DHL, Aramex, SF Express, TNT etc...(Specific shipping carrier depends on parcel’s dimension/weight/destination or on our best shipping rates.)

Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 3-17 workings days.

3.3 Dispatch Time

Orders are usually dispatched and send out from our warehouse within 2-3 business days AFTER receiving 100% CLEARED payment.. 

3.4 Change of Delivery Address

For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched. 

3.5 P.O. Box Shipping

We will ship to P.O. Box addresses using postal services only. We are unable to offer couriers services to these locations. 

3.6 Delivery Time Exceeded

If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.

 

4.Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking number from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider. Tracking codes may take 1-2 working days to activate.

 

5.Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. Parcels are required to report damages within 3-days of delivery. Please contact us and email related photos within 7-days. We will take care of the problem as soon as possible. Please be sure to save your box and all packing materials in case an inspection/investigation or insurance claim is needed.

 

6.Import Duties & Taxes

Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to PMP at the customer’s expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.

 

7.Cancellations

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

 

8.Insurance

Buyer is responsible for any shipping insurance and claims if required. Please contact us first to buy insurance before shipping. Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier. 

8.1 Process for Parcel Damaged / Lost In-Transit

We will process a refund as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim for the parcel damaged or lost.

 

9.Local Pickup

When local customers place an order in our online shop, you can contact us to select warehouse pickup if you would like to pick up or inspect your item(s).

 

10.Customer Service and Value Added Services

We are happy to provide our customers with some free value-added services such as measuring product dimensions, to check product drawings/installation guides, interior details, providing commercial invoice against buyer's request for customs declaration purposes etc... And we are willing to help customers to combine shipping for purchases of multiple items. 

In addition, according to customer needs, we can help customers inspect the product quality and take photos or videos before shipping to avoid any unnecessary returns due to misunderstandings.
