Return

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as designated defective/display/no return option's special clearance products. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.

 

Return due to change of mind / Cancellations

If your order has shipped, return shipping will be paid at the customer’s expense. We will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original condition that you received it, unworn, uninstalled and/or non-assembled, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Refund

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7- business days. Please remember it can take some time for your account to process and post the refund too.

Warm suggestion:

We are happy to provide our customers with some free value-added services such as measuring product dimensions, to check product drawings/installation guides, interior details, providing commercial invoice against buyer's request for customs declaration purposes etc... And we are willing to help customers to combine shipping for purchases of multiple items. 

In addition, according to customer needs, we can help customers inspect the product quality and take photos or videos before shipping to avoid any unnecessary returns due to misunderstandings.
